From the Founder
For two and a half years, I've dealt with mold illness. The kind that starts as a cough you write off and slowly takes your life apart. Eight specialists. "Your labs are normal." A blood pressure pill for what turned out to be black mold in my own home. The kind of sick that makes it hard to be the husband and father you want to be every day.
The hardest part wasn't just feeling terrible. It was the confusion, with no way to see whether anything I tried was actually helping.
That's me and my wife, who's been beside me through every bit of it. Rapha is the thing I wish we'd had back then, and I'm still on this road myself, building it in the open with the people living it.

Why Rapha exists
Mold and biotoxin illness is one of the most misunderstood conditions there is. People spend years being told their labs are normal, their symptoms are anxiety, their exhaustion is in their head, cycling through doctors, supplements, and Reddit threads with no structure and no way to tell what's actually working.
Rapha exists to end the guesswork. You deserve to see your own patterns clearly, to know what's worth your time and money and what isn't, and to walk into every appointment and every decision informed instead of overwhelmed. That clarity is the thing this illness takes from people, and it's the thing we're here to give back.
Step one is daily tracking and pattern recognition: turning scattered symptoms and supplements into a picture you can finally read. But that's the foundation, not the finish.
We're working toward much more: connecting your lab work and genetics to your day-to-day patterns, so the full picture lives in one place. Deeper, more personalized insight as the data grows. And a trusted way to find the practitioners and resources that actually understand this illness. We're building toward the platform for mold and CIRS, one that grows with the research, with the practitioners who understand this space, and most of all with the people living it.
We're building it in the open, and we're building it with you.
